Booking Policy
 
1. Customer needs to carry the printout of E-tickets to Airport along with valid ID Proof.

2. There is a possibility of increase of fare because of time gap between quotation of fare and actual booking of tickets,

3. If you are a frequent traveler you can deposit a small amount starting form Rs. 2000 onward and get the tickets issued immediately after your phone     call so that there is no chance of fare increase. After issue ling the tickets you can deposit the payment. 
4: Bookings can be confirmed only if cosytours.com gets the confirmation of cash payment If cosytours.com fails to receive the above payment, the ticket booking shall automatically be cancelled.
5: Additional money for booking modification will be collected from the passenger. For any modifications

Cancellation Policy
 
Due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s in case of cancellation of tour and travel Services we must informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
 
   1.  60 days & prior to arrival - 15% of the tour/service cost. 
   2.  59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost. 
   3.  29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 35% of the tour/service cost. 
   4.  14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 60% of the tour/service cost. 
   5.  07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
 	 
           Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us- a minimum 15% service charges would be applicable.
In case of special train journey  and high peak season bookings  a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required). 
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
 
Refund :
Refund would be processed in 20 working days & the amount would be credited to the transacted credit/debit Card only.

Disclaimer of Warranty

If you have a problem of e-ticketing, holiday, during tours, etc. please inform the handling agents our representative immediately who will endeavor to put things right. If You resolved locally, please follow this up after your return to home by writing to us, giving your tour details as all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we happy to assist you in your redressed of your complaint. If nay, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision.

Discounts against cash payments
 
cosytours.com.com offers the “Cash Payment Facility” on flight ticket bookings on Air Zet king , go airways, Indian Airlines, all international air tickets and hotel booking to those customer who do have Credit/Debit card or also booking online by cash.

How to payments Cash
 
On receipt of cash, customer would be handed over the itinerary with flight details and PNR. Booked / Final Confirmed ticket can also be delivered on customer e-mail id. Working hours for the above mentioned facility will be from 24x7 on workingdays (Monday to Saturday)
